§1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and FreeCredit Casinos, operating from Jalan PJU 5/22, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya 47810, Selangor, Malaysia ("the Operator", "we", "us"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the website at freecreditcasinos.net ("the Site") and all subdomains, content, and services made available through it ("the Services").

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Editorial Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

§2Eligibility

To access or use the Site, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be physically located in Malaysia, or in another jurisdiction where access to information about online gambling is lawful for adults;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Contracts Act 1950;
• Not be a person prohibited by Malaysian law, regulation, or court order from accessing gambling-related content.

If you do not satisfy all of the above, you must not access the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service, block access, or terminate your interaction with the Services at our sole discretion where we reasonably believe these eligibility requirements are not met.

§3Nature of the Services

The Site is an independent editorial publication providing reviews, guides, comparisons, and informational content about online casino and gambling brands serving the Malaysian market. The Operator:

• Is not a casino operator, betting service, or gambling platform;
• Does not accept, place, or process any wagers or bets;
• Does not hold any player funds, balances, or deposits;

Any commercial relationship, contract, dispute, deposit, withdrawal, bonus claim, or account matter you have with a third-party casino brand featured on the Site is exclusively between you and that brand. The Operator is not a party to that relationship.

§4Editorial Content and Opinions

All reviews, rankings, scores, ratings, recommendations, and editorial content published on the Site represent the independent opinions of the Operator's editorial team, based on hands-on testing conducted in accordance with the methodology set out in our Editorial Policy.

Editorial content:

• Reflects conditions, terms, and operational behaviour observed at the time of testing or last review;
• Is subject to change as casino brands modify their offers, payment rails, software, or operational practices;
• Is updated on the cycles published in our Editorial Policy (typically every 30-90 days per brand);
• Should be cross-checked against the source casino brand's own published terms before any commercial decision.

To the extent permitted by law, opinions expressed on the Site are protected expression under Article 10 of the Federal Constitution and applicable defamation case law.

§5Accuracy of Information

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Site is accurate, current, and complete as at the date of publication or last update. However:

• Casino bonus terms, wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, and operational parameters change frequently — often without notice from the brand;
• Payment-rail timing and availability vary based on banking conditions, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control;

§6Affiliate Disclosure

Certain outbound links on the Site to third-party casino brands ("Affiliate Links") may earn the Operator a referral commission if you sign up at the destination brand and become a depositing player. This commission may be paid as a one-time bounty, a revenue share, or a cost-per-acquisition fee.

In all cases:

• The existence of an affiliate relationship is disclosed on every brand review page;
• The presence or absence of an affiliate relationship has no influence on a brand's editorial ranking, score, or inclusion on the Top 10 list;
• Brands not paying any commission are eligible for the same ranking treatment as those paying premium rates;
• We have removed 14 brands from rankings on editorial grounds despite active affiliate relationships;
• You pay nothing extra for using an affiliate link — the commission is paid by the brand from its own marketing budget.

§7Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates Malaysian law (including but not limited to the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, the Computer Crimes Act 1997, and the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953);
• Use any automated system (bot, scraper, crawler, headless browser) to access or extract content from the Site, except for legitimate search-engine indexing in accordance with our robots.txt;
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without prior written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, including the administrative interface, internal APIs, or other systems;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site, or test for vulnerabilities without prior written permission (responsible disclosure to security@freecreditcasinos.net is welcome);
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or harassing content via any contact form or correspondence;
• Impersonate any person or entity, including any FreeCredit Casinos staff member, in any communication with us or about us;
• Use the Site to facilitate any underage gambling, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

§8Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, data, ratings, methodology, and the compilation and arrangement thereof — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act 1987, the Trade Marks Act 2019, and applicable international intellectual property treaties.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• View, read, and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use;
• Share links to our pages on social media, in private messages, or in personal blogs (excerpts limited to two sentences with attribution and link back);
• Print pages for personal reference.

All other uses — including republication, syndication, training of AI models, bulk extraction, or commercial use of any kind — require prior written permission. Requests should be sent to editorial@freecreditcasinos.net.

Third-party trademarks (including casino brand names and logos) appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used here for editorial and identification purposes only.

§9User Submissions

When you submit content to us — including comments on reviews, tips, complaints, photographs, or any other communication ("User Content") — you:

• Warrant that the User Content is your own original work or that you have all necessary rights to submit it;
• Warrant that the User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Grant the Operator a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, redact, publish (in whole or in part), and republish the User Content in connection with our editorial operations, complaints log, and corrections process;
• Acknowledge that we may redact identifying information from User Content before any publication or onward disclosure.

We are not obligated to publish, retain, respond to, or act on any User Content. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or remove any User Content at our sole editorial discretion.

§10Third-Party Links and Services

§11Disclaimers and Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, the Operator expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Warranties that any defects in the Site will be corrected;
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content;
• Warranties regarding the financial or commercial outcomes of any decision made in reliance on the Site.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the Operator or through the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

§12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, in no event shall the Operator, its founder, employees, contractors, contributors, or affiliates be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Any losses arising from gambling activity conducted with any third-party brand, whether or not that brand was featured, recommended, or reviewed on the Site;
• Any losses arising from reliance on bonus terms, withdrawal timing data, or any other editorial content;
• Any losses arising from third-party service interruptions (Cloudflare, Hostinger, Plausible, Brevo, etc.);
• Any losses arising from circumstances outside the Operator's reasonable control (force majeure).

The Operator's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed Malaysian Ringgit One Hundred (RM100), this being the nominal sum representing your consideration for the gratuitous use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.

§13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator, its founder, employees, contractors, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of the Site;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Any User Content you submit to us;
• Any gambling activity you engage in with any third party.

§14Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site;
• Refuse to provide any Service to any user;
• Remove or modify any content;
• Block any IP address, device, or account associated with breach of these Terms.

Termination of these Terms or your access to the Site shall not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination. Clauses 8 (IP), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 16 (Governing Law), and 17 (Dispute Resolution) shall survive termination.

§15Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our business practices, or the Services. Material changes will be:

• Communicated via an updated "Last Updated" date and incremented version number at the top of this page;
• Highlighted on the Site homepage for 30 days following the change;
• Where the change affects newsletter subscribers, communicated by email.

Continued use of the Site after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.

§16Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, including without limitation the Contracts Act 1950, the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (where applicable), and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

Any reference to Malaysian law shall include all amendments, subsidiary legislation, and binding judicial interpretation in force at the relevant time.

§17Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site:

1. Informal resolution first. You agree to first contact the Operator in writing at legal@freecreditcasinos.net with a description of the dispute. The Operator will respond within 14 days. The parties agree to engage in good-faith discussion for at least 30 days before pursuing formal proceedings.
2. Mediation. If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) before commencing any court proceedings, unless either party reasonably believes that urgent injunctive relief is required.
3. Court jurisdiction. Subject to the above, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, with the High Court at Shah Alam (or such other Selangor-based court as may have jurisdiction) being the court of first instance for any commercial dispute arising under these Terms.

§18Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, preserving as far as possible the original intent of the parties.

No failure or delay by the Operator in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude the further exercise of that right or any other right.

§19Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the documents referenced herein (Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Editorial Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
